If you are member of a buying group or a GPO (group purchasing organization) that Action Health has a contract agreement with, you have access to discounted pricing. All orders with approved credit will be billed net 30 days. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UPS-COD and check with order.
Returns and Damages:
If you wish to return an order or have received damaged merchandise, please call us within 30 days from receipt. We will issue a Call Tag or Return Authorization number. Orders received without authorization are subject to refusal. We reserve the right to inspect returns before issuing credit and to charge a 20% restocking charge.

Over or under runs are sometimes shipped because of the custom nature of the manufacturing process. Please contact us to estimate your particular item. Quotes for customized products list plates and set up charges separately. Custom orders are subject to a cancellation charge.
How do you calculate my shipping charges?
For direct orders, your shipping charges are based on the weight of the product and your shipping location relative to our main distribution center located in Bensenville, IL. Non-continental US and international orders are shipped specially. Customer is responsible for additional duties or fees. For members of GPO Contracts or other buying group status, the cost of shipping is subject to the “Terms & Conditions” of your approved buying agreement.
Can I use my shipper account for my order?

Can I request expedited shipping for my order?

Art Information for Personalized Orders
How should I send my artwork to you?
Artwork must be supplied in a vector eps file to reduce cost and lead time. Multiple color print requires color-separated artwork. If you don’t have vector art, you can use our art services to create the art needed for your projects.
Where do I send my artwork?
E-mail your art file to your sales representative or to firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your order confirmation number.
Does Action Health reserve the right to use my imprint?
Action Health may retain samples or images of merchandise. We may display samples, reproductions, derivations or copies in marketing mediums for the purpose of advertising our products and services.
